This carburetor heat box suffered a lot of damage due to age, vibration and a history of improper repairs.

Installation of a canopy window in a Varga Kachina used for formation training. 

Repair of previously improper repairs done to the firewall resulting in more damage that had to be removed.  Also fabricated and installed a new external power plug mount.
